Dale Bowles

Director, Sales North American Retail

Dale Bowles joined Acuity Brands Lighting in 2014 and  is currently Director of Sales in the North American retail channel.  Prior to joining the Sales team he held senior product management roles in Acuity’s modular wiring and emergency lighting businesses. He has fifteen years of experience in sales, marketing, and product development roles in major global companies including Berkshire Hathaway and AB Electrolux.  Dale promotes innovation that drives superior business results and end user experiences.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Penn State University and attended Harvard Business School’s Leading Product Innovation program.  He resides in suburban Atlanta with his wife, Katrina, and two spoiled dogs.


Ondre Clarke

Director, Decorative Residential Product Marketing

Ondre is the Director of Product Marketing for the Decorative Residential product group at Acuity Brands Lighting.  He joined us in July from Philips Electronics where he led Home Audio product marketing for North America.  Prior to Philips, he worked in varied marketing, sales and category management roles for leading CPG companies such Unilever, Coca Cola and others.   His craft is being able to distill complex or developing technologies and translating them into easy to understand language for mass market consumers at retail.  Ondre has a BS in Marketing and International Business from Northeastern University, and an MBA in Management from Pace University.
